Comprehensive Training and Professional Skills
Becoming a Coffee Master will allow you to fully absorb all the subjects related to the world of coffee making:
- you will learn how to perfectly prepare traditional coffees;
- you will discover how to make coffee and coffee-based cocktails using innovative filters – especially popular abroad – so that you can also work successfully outside of Italy;
- you will master Latte Art techniques to “artistically” decorate your customers’ cappuccinos;
- you will be able to prepare several types of coffee, cappuccinos, and typical daytime bar drinks at the same time, with maximum speed while maintaining precision and quality.
You will become a “super barista” in coffee making, capable of working in any venue (or daytime bar), even at the highest level, both in Italy and abroad. This professional program, in fact, includes 3 educational modules and, for each of them, you will receive a Certificate in addition to the final Coffee Master diploma, for a total of 4 Certificates.
World-Class Campus Facilities
You will carry out your training in Rome or Milan at one of the two largest Academy campuses in the world dedicated to bar education, each with over 600 m² of facilities divided into 5 classrooms and at least 90 workstations.
