We’re popping up with our friends at Shop Halo Halo for one sweet Sunday filled with fresh-baked Filipino pastries from Geleen and hot, delicious Philippine coffee brewed by yours truly. Grab a pastry, sip on something real good, and support two small Filipino-owned businesses right in the heart of downtown Portland. It is the perfect pit stop before or after wandering Powell’s.
