The Vegan Collection 12 box is a 12 chocolate truffle selection, made from fruit and water based ganache, fine flavour and single origin couvertures. Fruit and water based chocolate ganache is used to make these delicious truffles, and flavours may vary but usually include: Raspberry vodka, Apple & pear, Passionfruit, Koa cacao fruit, and wild Bolivian cherry. Seasonal flavours include: Cherry brandy 65, Spiced apple, and Mulled wine.

Fjåk – Milk Chocolate with Liquorice & Salt

Regarding unique regional varieties, Lakkris (licorice) & Lakrisrot (liquorice) can be called typically Scandinavian. For the Nordic Collection, sweet salt and a pinch of salt were added to create a tasty whole together with the milk chocolate of cocoa from Guatemala. The combination of the salted liquorice and milk chocolate is dangerously tasty. This organic certified bar received silver at the International Chocolate Awards 2019 EU.
