Tradition and Innovation by Wedel
Focusing on historical excellence, Torcik Wedlowski is a perfect combination of hand decorated wafer cake, hazelnut cream and Wedel chocolate. This is a flavour known for generations. The original Wedel chocolate owes its characteristic taste to the carefully selected cocoa beans from Ghana. The final stage of chocolate manufacturing is the conching process, which influences the final taste and can last up to several tens of hours for dark chocolate.
History tells us that a long time ago Jan Wedel bought a plane, which was both a means of advertising and a means of transport. The machine was regularly flown to Copenhagen and Paris, where Wedel has its stores. The plane was lost during the war, but today you can admire its replica – especially during the Night of the Museums.
