Comprehensive Wedding Planning, Styling, and Rental Guide

Every wedding is unique and we’d love to help build your dream package based on our 2025 price guide below. These prices offer great value for money and once we have a full idea of your needs, we will provide a detailed bespoke quote of all the costs involved. This combines the supplier sourcing, styling, on the day coordination and next day clear up packages. Plus overall management and support from the very beginning to the very end of the whole planning process.

On The Day Coordination Services

Our On The Day Coordination ensures everything is as you asked for. It includes:

  • A chat (or few!) prior to the wedding to discuss your vision and ideas, offer any advice needed and complete a full handover of every little detail of the day.
  • Together, prepare and agree the timeline and itinerary for the event and work out logistics (wet weather plans etc).
  • Be on the end of emails and phone calls for any advice or last-minute planning.
  • Oversee the venue set up decor (if provided by a supplier) and any last-minute jobs needed the morning of, liaising with suppliers to ensure everything is as you asked for.
  • Managing the venue and suppliers on your behalf and provide them all with a detailed schedule for the day, keeping them informed of the day’s arrangements.
  • Ensuring the suppliers (catering/bar/photographer/celebrant etc) are welcomed, shown around and are fulfilling all their roles.
  • A point of contact for all guests, the wedding party and anyone else that needs it.
  • Ensuring that everything is kept clean and tidy and as it should be throughout the day.
  • Acting as MC if needed and making sure guests are where they need to be and on time.
  • Coordination of order of events including the ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, speeches, cake cutting and first dance.
  • Being there throughout the day with discreet coordination to ensure it all runs smoothly, on schedule and that you have the best day… giving you peace of mind to thoroughly enjoy each and every minute, stress free!
  • On hand with a fully stocked emergency wedding tool kit for troubleshooting or if anything should need fixing.

Packages of hours at reduced price can be discussed at £30 per hour. Additionally, we get every supplier you need booked without the searching, leaving you more time to focus on the finer details for £500.

Décor, Styling, and Tents

Tailored exactly to suit you and your vibe, our styling packages include a choice of styles in centrepieces, tea light/candle holders, table numbers/names, seating plan with easel, card box, confetti baskets, lanterns/vases, ceremony arch (plus LOADS more). If you want the festival wedding look, you can hire our Stretch Tent (9mx6m), which is perfect for an extra bar, dance party or even cinema!

Equipment and Rental Options

Here is a breakdown of what rentals we have on offer; travel is included if your wedding venue is within 50 miles of EX4:

  • Lighting – Festoon, Uplighters, Fairy lights, Stage lights
  • Glitter station, Crisps wall, Pimp your Prosecco station, Sweets table
  • Patio heaters, Parasols, Hot water urns, Large bins/Recycling and Signage

PA and Sound Systems

These prices include set up and pack down, but not sound engineering. Delivery and collection is normally complimentary, as we typically provide PA as part of a larger package of services.

  • Option 1: 2 x Mackie thump 15″ full range speakers (each on it’s own tripod) – £150
  • Option 2: 2 x Mackie thump 15″ full range speakers + 1 x Mackie Thump 18S subwoofer set up in the middle – £225
  • Option 3: 2 x speakers stacks (Each stack: 1 x Mackie thump 15″ full range speaker on top of 1 x Mackie Thump 18S subwoofer) – £300
  • Option 4: As per Option 3, plus a lighting bar (4 par can fit lights), Shure SM58 mic and stand, 1 x Mackie Thump 12″ DJ monitor, smoke machine & robust scaffold tower DJ booth – £450

Optional extras include a Pioneer RX2 DJ controller for £90 or 2 x Technics 1210 turntables (for vinyl) for £90.
