Our options are designed to make your special day seamless and unforgettable with tailored options to suit every style and budget. Below are the specific packages available:
- Budget: Includes a Ballroom Ceremony, 1 hour Cocktail Hour at The Rooftop (4:00 – 5:00 PM), a 5 hour Ballroom Reception (Friday/Sunday in Off-peak Season), and Venue Coordination.
- Basic: Includes a Ballroom Ceremony, 1 hour Cocktail Hour at The Rooftop (4:00 – 5:00 PM), a 5 hour Ballroom Reception (Saturday in Off-peak Season), and Venue Coordination.
- Bliss (Most Popular): Includes a Ballroom Ceremony, 1 hour Cocktail Hour at The Rooftop (5:00 – 6:00 PM), a 5 hour Ballroom Reception (Friday/Sunday in Peak Season), Venue Coordination, and Valet Service.
- Bold: Includes a Rehearsal Dinner at Sarto (30 person), Ballroom Ceremony, 1 hour Cocktail Hour at The Rooftop (5:00 – 6:00 PM), a 5 hour Ballroom Reception (Saturday in Peak Season), Venue Coordination, and Valet Service.
Wedding Venues FAQ
Quick answers to wedding venue questions you may have.
What are the rental fees for the space? Depending on the date our couples select will determine the rental fee for the space. Our fees range from as low as $4,000 to a maximum of $7,000.
Are there any preferred or exclusive vendors we must use? Each couple has has the flexibility to create their day their way by selecting vendors that match their style. Our list of approved caterers is extensive and gives couples the freedom to find the cuisine and price point that will meet any culinary expectations.
How is valet service handled? Valet service comes at an additional $1,000 for up to 40 cars and $10 additional per car for any amount over 40. While valet service is recommended there are a lot of other options in the area.
What are the payment terms and cancellation policy? Upon booking we require a $1,000 non refundable deposit to hold the date and space for your wedding. From there we will work with you on a payment plan that fits your needs. We do require 40% of the total contracted amount to be paid 3 months before the wedding date and payment in full 7 days prior.
