The servers are well versed and helpful navigating the menu and the sushi chef is no rookie. Serving top quality fresh fish at reasonable prices, Kohaku has been a favorite spot for sushi on the Island for years. I started coming to Kohaku in 1990 and it has been a regular sushi spot for the past 6 years for many locals. They have many sushi options without raw fish and their takoyaki is the AMAZING!!! It's crispy on the outside yet delicious.
