World Food Expo (WOFEX) 2017: The Grandest Food and Beverage Event

This coming December 20-23, 2017, World Food Expo or WOFEX will bring back the grandest food and beverage event. Organized by PEPTarsus Corp, the leading trade events management company, this event will once again showcase the usual anticipated co-located events, as well as a new and exciting show for the benefit of Light of Jesus Family, Kerygma’s Tahanan ng Pagmamahalan Orphanages and, JCI Manila’s Golden Heart-Kids with cerebral palsy.

Featured Exhibitor: House Foods Corporation

As part of the celebration of the grandest food and beverage event through World Food Expo (WOFEX), a number of exhibitors dominated the said event, one of which is House Foods Corporation. House Foods Corporation is one of the largest food manufacturer in Japan which is known in selling flavorful curry-inspired menu listing. Last December 22, 2017, they introduced their curry collection with the aim to entice more Filipinos to try and have a taste in these flavorful variants.

During the event, in their food stall, guests were given free samples of food variants cooked with their very own curry. Aside from that, they also had a chef’s demonstration where they introduced Japanese curry to the public and how it was seen as comfort food for Japanese locals. Two of House Foods’ own chefs prepared a variety of curry-inspired variants that left the audience in awe. Currently, you can look for House Foods’ Vermont Curry collection in all branches of SM Hypermarket, The Landmark, Waltermart, Rustans, and Puregold nationwide.

Admission and Charitable Causes

This event is open to the public; tickets are priced at Php 50 and can be availed at the venue of the event itself. It is important to note that proceeds from the ticket selling will be given to the Light of Jesus Family, Kerygma’s Tahanan ng Pagmamahalan Orphanages and, JCI Manila’s Golden Heart-Kids with cerebral palsy. Aside from that, there will also be many other exciting booth exhibitors that will also dominate this December’s WOFEX.
