The New Riff Distillery Tour Details
The BONDED tour offers a firsthand look through the nooks and crannies of our distilling process, from grain to barrel. We’ll explore fermentation, distillation, and the barreling process. This dynamic tour features tastes of our award winning spirits throughout the tour path including New Riff Bottled-In-Bond Bourbon and our exclusive Single Barrel selections. The distillery tour lasts between 45 and 60 minutes.
Located directly beneath the distillery is an alluvial aquifer. This naturally occurring water source is an essential part of our production process and its clean, cool, limestone-rich water is part of what gives our whiskeys their unique flavor. Brother Justus Whiskey Co. Visits
If you are looking to pick up a bottle of our American Single Malt Whiskey in person, you can visit us at 3300 5th Street Northeast Minneapolis, Minnesota 55418. As of October 19, 2025, the Cocktail Room is temporarily closed for revision and remodel. However, the Bottle Shop will be open for sales every Friday from 2-6pm. Our award-winning American Single Malt Whiskey is full of smooth layers that perfectly showcase the rich complexities of malted barley.
