Hot water 93-95c

Brew ratio: 12g coffee to 180g water

0:00 - 36g pour in concentric circles and make sure all the coffee is saturated with water
0:30 - 36g
0:50 - 36g
1:10 - 36g
1:30 - 36g

Remaining 4 pours will be pour in concentric circles

Remove the dripper once all the water draw down.
