2-Day Barista Class and Workshops
The 2-Day Barista Class at Koryaiko Philippine Inc includes 2 Whole Days Full of Knowledge and Practice. The schedule is Tuesday and Wednesday, or Friday and Saturday from 8am to 5pm. Location: The Twelve 28th | The Strip, Circulo Verde, Quezon City (Waze: the twelve 28th). If you need Coffee Equipment such as Coffee machine, Grinders and other accessories for your own Shop, Enjoy a 2000 Php Off.
Professional Objectives and Course Competencies
This course consists of competencies that a person must achieve in the deliverance of good quality coffee in commercially-operated cafes or specialty coffee shops. The goal is to educate and produce 125 globally competitive barista with passion for environmental consciousness, sustainability, gender equality and innovative skilled workforce by the end of 2025. Key objectives include:
- Enhance the knowledge, skills, and attitude of trainees of Barista NC II to become gender-fair and globally competitive barista and coffee shop owners;
- Instill environmental awareness by integrating 21st century skills and Green TVET practices and sustainability in the delivery of competency-based training;
- Promote the value of innovation, support women's empowerment and;
- Produce a least 125 certified and job-ready graduates.
Curriculum and Skills Development
Under the Guided Learning (THE GLOBAL APPROACH), we will talk and discuss about the production of coffee and the basics of coffee roasting. You will master easy steps to the perfect espresso, learn the workings and importance of coffee grinders and the espresso coffee machines, including cleaning procedures. The following training elements are provided:
- Milk Steaming: The Caffe Latte and Cappuccino are becoming more and more popular and therefore we focus a great deal of time in the barista training on these drinks.
- Latte Art: To top off your coffee experience we will introduce you to Latte Art. Enjoy learning how to pour hearts on top of your drinks.
- Specialized Skills: You will also learn different designs with the skill of etching.

Be Your Own Barista Today, Grow, Work and Have with Us. Students can be OTJ in the store after the training if need and have Opportunity to be referred Working at Other Coffee Shop as barista. For advanced entrepreneurs, Required Learning for Coffee Entrepreneurs includes:
