In the United States, UCare is a Minnesota-based nonprofit that provides health plans for everyone. They make it their mission to educate underinsured & underserved people in their community. Building on the success of UCare’s past campaigns, we continued showing up in the places where multicultural communities are. We worked as UCare’s advert agency, creating a campaign featuring real people from multicultural communities in Minneapolis.
Our approach utilized research, strategy, media planning and buying, and multicultural creative. In addition to reaching prospective members, we considered current members who needed to renew their coverage for the first time since 2020 with the unwinding/end of the public health emergency. We included prospective and current UCare members and created a strategic advertising plan for their neighborhoods, shopping malls, and stores.
